Rachel Winards Grown Up Gigs recording is now available! - When I Grow Up

Rachel Winards Grown Up Gigs recording is now available! - When I Grow Up I was  such  a fangirl of  Rachels pre-Grown Up Gigs, but now, Im head-over-heels impressed with this  grounded, heart-centric, slow-and-steady-wins-the-race business woman  who just so happens to be behind  the best deodorant on the planet. From our hour-long chat, I learned that Rachel was a  Juilliard-trained violinist  who didnt like the business of music, and had to figure out what was next killed it on the LSATs and  became a lawyer was told by her doctor that it was  your job or your health   and she picked the latter took  a year and a half  to turn her baby (aka the natural products she was making her herself, her friends and her family) into a business has the  clearest mission statement  I think Ive ever heard only makes business decisions by  listening to her gut  (even if it takes a while) has  never spent a day in the red in her business has only gotten  wholesale orders  and  press  via  word of mouth   and were talking  Elle, NY Times Magazine, Daily Candy, Vogue, etc personally writes every thank you note  that goes in each order who set out to make  slow and progressive  growth as a goal ugh, I can go on and on. Its just so inspiring and encouraging and attainable and logical, you guys! Click play below to hear all about Rachels journey how she figured out Whats Next two times over, why law school was good for her, what took her so long to start Soapwalla, how she built such great customer loyalty, I mean, really Ill shut up so you can just watch/listen already! Having trouble seeing/watching the recording? You can watch it on YouTube here.  Prefer an MP3 to listen to instead? You can find one here.
